Stephan and Joni have enjoyed 30+ years of marriage and has 2 sons that serve their local church.

Joni, in addition to serving in local pastoral ministry with Stephan, has travelled to assist with and help lead prayer conferences for women. Joni also has an extensive administrative background and has served on the West Virginia Church of God state women’s ministry board (2022-2024). Understanding both the excellence needed “behind the scenes” and the excellence required in service, Joni is eager to help equip and empower others to serve the Kingdom of God and their local community with excellence in Christ!

Stephan is first and foremost a pastor, currently serving the congregation at Mill Creek Church of God. Having served in pastoral ministry over 10 years with Joni, they both believe it is time to help others through equipping and empowering them to serve the Kingdom and others with excellence. Stephan is an ordained Bishop with the Church of God (Cleveland, TN), recently elected to serve on the West Virginia Church of God Evangelism board(2024-2026), a graduate of Lee University and Pentecostal Theological Seminary. He holds a B.S. in Bible and Theology and a Master of Theological Studies - Biblical Studies. He was the 2019 recipient of the Pentecostal Theological Seminary award for excellence in Biblical Studies. His area of specialty for education mission work is Hermeneutics (Biblical Interpretation), Pentecostal Theology (specifically work on the Holy Spirit), and New Testament Studies (Johannine Literature).

Stephan has traveled to Pakistan, teaching a certificate course on Personal Evangelism at Pakistan School of the Word in Lahore, Pakistan. While there he also preached a 4 city, 4 day outreach event.

Together, Stephan and Joni has travelled to Zambia. While there they ministered in 3 local churches and Stephan taught a course at Berea Theological University College, “Pentecostal Theology of the Holy Spirit.”
