Vigilance in Faith

Devotional: It takes very little time to slip away when we don't have our eyes fixed on the risen Savior. Jesus warns us to be watchful and keep our garments, lest we walk naked and our shame is exposed. This is a call to vigilance in our faith. We must constantly keep our eyes fixed on Jesus and be watchful of the temptations and distractions that can lead us astray. Vigilance in faith means being aware of the spiritual battles we face and relying on God's strength to overcome them.

Verse: Revelation 16:15

Question: Are you vigilant in your faith? How can you keep your eyes fixed on Jesus and be watchful of the temptations and distractions in your life?

Prayer: Lord, help me to be vigilant in my faith. Keep my eyes fixed on You and help me to be watchful of the temptations and distractions that can lead me astray. Amen.
