The Call to Repentance

Devotional: Repentance is a crucial part of walking like the risen Savior. Jesus calls the church in Sardis to repent, to admit their wrongs, quit their sinful ways, and forget their past mistakes. This call to repentance is not just for the church in Sardis but for all of us. We must constantly examine our lives, admit our wrongs, and turn away from our sins. Repentance is not a one-time event but a continuous process. It is through repentance that we can truly walk like the risen Savior and live a life that reflects His teachings.

Verse: Revelation 3:3

Question: What sins do you need to repent of today? How can you make repentance a continuous process in your life?

Prayer: Lord, I admit my wrongs and ask for Your forgiveness. Help me to turn away from my sins and make repentance a continuous process in my life. Amen.
