Walking Like the Risen Savior

Devotional: We all desire to be like Jesus, but to truly walk with the risen Savior, we must walk like Him. This means living a life of faith, repentance, and constant vigilance. The church in Sardis had a reputation for being alive, but they were spiritually dead. Jesus calls them, and us, to be watchful and strengthen what remains. This is a call to action for us to examine our lives and ensure we are not becoming complacent in our faith. Jesus promises that those who overcome will be clothed in white raiment, and their names will not be blotted out from the book of life. This promise should motivate us to live a life that reflects Jesus' teachings.

Verse: Revelation 3:2

Question: Are there areas in your life where you have become complacent in your faith? How can you strengthen what remains?

Prayer: Lord, help me to be vigilant in my faith. Show me the areas where I have become complacent and give me the strength to strengthen what remains. Amen.
